Great news—-keep going exactly as you are & as you keep improving we start reducing and then 1 x 1 eliminating the supplements.  Don’t push the diet changes too hard. Let me know how you are doing in apprx 30 days. You are still experiencing some bloating etc because you are not healed yet.

So I started the protocol on 3/15 and was feeling better within days. I ran out of supplements around 4/15 and thanks to the taxes I owned Uncle Sam I had to hold off on purchasing new bottles until 5/1…

Huge news! I ate a salad last week!!!!! No bloating, cramping or diarrhea. I could “hear” my intestines and had a slight bit of gas but it was very minor.

I tried quinoa with al dente Kale and I had bloating and gas but again, no pain or diarrhea.

In general, I have 1-2 bowel movements a day and the only time I experience cramping is if I drink too much coffee. I usually have one cup of 1/2 decaf. Regular kills my guts.

I’ve had a Garden of Life “raw meal” shake for breakfast everyday this week without any major symptoms, although it does seem that my next meal just sits there in my stomach and I do get some bloating in the afternoon.

Anyhow, I think your supplements are magical! I’m sticking with it and definitely getting more brave about expanding my diet. I can finally trust that sudden diarrhea and daily cramping won’t rule my life.

Not sure what to make of the bloating with certain foods (like kale and raw meal (major fiber).
