Looking for an IBS treatment? A remedy for colitis? Tired of constant diarrhea or constipation and all of the gastro-intestinal problems that come with IBD? Join the club. There are 10’s of 1000’s of you out there who have tried everything that their gastroenterologist has prescribed. As if the only option is drugs or surgery. “That’s it? This is the end of the road? No other options? I have to spend the rest of my life like this? I just accept this and go home, and feel sorry for myself? Is there no one out there who can fix this for me?”
There is someone, who can help you – it is you! You need to change your attitude! You are running around like a chicken with your head cut off. You are chasing your own tail. You are all out of balance-completely lost. Thrashing around—giving all of your power to people who are going down the wrong road themselves. You got lazy. You have shirked your responsibility.
You are responsible for your own health. You should be an advocate for yourself. What’s wrong with you—wake up! We need to turn this culture of negativity around. If you did so already, you wouldn’t have gotten yourself in this bind.
If it wasn’t for you and your friends I’d be working at a car wash somewhere. So thank you for your irresponsibility. Unfortunately, I have no problems with job security. It’s quite the opposite.
It all starts with you. You need to create a positive foundation for yourself that will serve you in all facets of your life. Change your mindset. You are way too negative. You have a defeatist attitude-woe is me. You see the glass as 1/2 empty. You are not even looking for alternatives. You are not looking outside the box. Wake up-change your attitude. Think positive. When someone provides you with a potential way to fix this–check it out. Stop hanging out with that negative crowd. Get out of the quicksand before it is too late. Build yourself a positive platform. Get some momentum. Get your ass in gear. Know that you are going to beat this thing. Dig deep-if you have not forgotten how to do so. Take responsibility for yourself-for your health! If you don’t no one else will.
Read books-magazines—look for positive stuff online. Reject any of the same old medical bs. Folks there is nothing there. Haven’t you figured that out yet? Go on positive forums- not those really negative ones where people are waiting for someone to come save them.
Take supplements—sit down and think it out—have a conversation with yourself—use your common sense. Give yourself a pep talk. Get excited. Or don’t. It’s your colon and your life and no one cares enough about them as you do.
There is no technical information in this post about how to fix your colon. This post is far more important.
